Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to the TalkCPT marketplace, expert listings, bookings, payments, messages, reviews, and related services.

By creating an account, submitting an expert profile, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked below.

1. Platform Role

TalkCPT operates a technology marketplace that helps clients discover professionals, request bookings, make payments, receive invoices, and communicate inside the platform. TalkCPT is not the provider of the professional service unless expressly stated in writing.

Experts provide services independently and remain responsible for their advice, conduct, qualifications, licenses, availability, and professional obligations.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity performed through your account.

You must not create false profiles, impersonate another person, share account access, misuse another user’s data, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

3. Expert Profiles and Verification

TalkCPT may review identity, qualification, license, certification, experience, and profile documents before an expert becomes publicly visible. A verified badge means that the platform completed its internal review process; it is not a guarantee of service quality or outcome.

TalkCPT may request additional documents, restrict public fields, hide a profile, suspend access, or reject an application where information is incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or raises a safety or compliance concern.

4. Bookings, Fees, and Payments

The price, duration, consultation type, available slot, and payment status shown during checkout form part of your booking request. A booking is not fully confirmed until the required payment review or confirmation step is complete.

Manual transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and payment-proof uploads may be reviewed before confirmation. You must submit genuine payment information. Transaction charges imposed by payment providers may be non-refundable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, duplicate payments, technical issues, and refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. TalkCPT may require supporting evidence and may reject requests that fall outside the stated eligibility rules.

6. Messaging and Acceptable Use

Client-expert communication must remain inside TalkCPT. Sharing personal phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, bank details, external links, or off-platform meeting instructions may be masked, flagged, restricted, or escalated for review.

Harassment, abusive language, spam, misleading claims, illegal content, or attempts to bypass platform payments are prohibited.

7. Health, Wellness, and Professional Advice

TalkCPT is not an emergency service. Online sessions are not a replacement for urgent medical care, emergency response, or crisis support. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a licensed medical provider.

Information and consultations may not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment result, legal outcome, financial result, business result, academic result, or employment outcome.

8. Reviews and Content

Reviews may be submitted only for eligible completed bookings and may be moderated before publication. You grant TalkCPT permission to display submitted reviews and platform content for operating and improving the marketplace.

9. Suspension and Termination

TalkCPT may warn, restrict, suspend, or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect clients, experts, the platform, payment integrity, or legal compliance. Serious misuse may be reported to relevant authorities where required.

10. Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TalkCPT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from an expert’s independent services, third-party systems, internet outages, or user-provided information.

You agree to indemnify TalkCPT against claims arising from your unlawful use of the platform, false information, infringement, misconduct, or breach of these terms.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms when platform features, business processes, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page.
