Clients should review the expert profile, category, listed qualification, fee, duration, consultation type, slot, and payment status before submitting a booking.

2. Fair Marketplace Processes

TalkCPT provides booking records, payment status, invoices, support channels, and a review process for cancellations, refunds, complaints, and reported conduct.

3. Expert Independence

Experts are independent service providers. TalkCPT reviews selected profile information but does not promise a specific professional outcome. Clients should assess whether an expert is suitable for their individual needs.

4. Complaints and Escalation

If you believe a payment, booking, profile, privacy, or service issue has not been handled correctly, submit a support request with the relevant booking ID, invoice, and evidence. TalkCPT will review the available platform records.

5. Applicable Rights

These policies operate alongside rights and remedies available under applicable consumer-protection and other laws. Where a mandatory legal right applies, that right will prevail over any inconsistent policy term.
