You are responsible for maintaining any registration, license, certification, insurance, permission, or professional standard required for your services. You must work only within your competence and lawful scope of practice.
TalkCPT may approve, reject, hide, edit for formatting, request additional evidence, or suspend public display of any profile field. Verification does not create employment, partnership, endorsement, or a guarantee of quality.
You must protect client privacy, keep appropriate professional boundaries, use the in-platform messaging system, and avoid sharing personal contact details or arranging off-platform payments.
You must honor accepted bookings, maintain accurate availability, and provide timely updates where a session cannot proceed. Platform commission, payout timing, deductions, refunds, and payment reviews may be configured by TalkCPT and reflected in your dashboard.
Profile photos, videos, documents, and statements must be accurate, professional, and lawfully submitted. Misleading claims, harassment, discrimination, illegal content, and attempts to bypass TalkCPT are prohibited.
TalkCPT may restrict or suspend an expert account to protect clients, investigate a complaint, review documents, address payment issues, or respond to a safety or compliance concern. You agree to cooperate with reasonable review requests.
