For experts, we may collect professional details, identity documents, qualifications, licenses, certificates, experience records, profile media, availability, pricing, and payout information.
For bookings and support, we may collect consultation reasons, notes, payment proofs, invoices, support requests, reviews, and in-platform messages.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, process bookings, review expert profiles, manage payments, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, moderate messages, improve the platform, and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Public and Private Profile Information
Approved expert profile fields may be displayed publicly. Identity documents, private certificates, license uploads, payment proofs, private notes, and restricted account data remain limited to authorized users and staff with a business need.
4. Message Monitoring and Safety
TalkCPT may automatically scan and moderate in-platform messages for contact sharing, abusive content, spam, fraud indicators, off-platform payment attempts, and safety concerns. Flagged content may be masked and reviewed by authorized staff.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting providers, communication providers, professional advisers, or authorities where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, process a request, protect users, or comply with law.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operations, recordkeeping, dispute handling, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
